Gods and Monsters, the 8th Death’s Handmaiden novel, is now out. Hope you enjoy it since it’s been the first for a while.

  1. Do you plan on doing an art dump for this book?

    • I’ll see what I’ve got. To be honest, the artwork has taken a backseat recently because I haven’t had time at home to do it. I know I planned to do something that’s never happened.

Still, I’ll see what I have.

  2. On page 93 Iris is used for Nevada’s sister instead of Isabel

  3. Thank you, Mr. Teasdale. I just finished this newest book, (And without spoilers for others) I must say that the end fight was great, and the end marriage was beautiful (Not a spoiler, you already said there was a marriage.) I both like the changes to the student council and the SSF. I think Nava’s decision was wrong, but I am not her, with her study load. I can’t wait for Suki’s sister to come and run the school next year.

I have enjoyed most of your books ever since I discovered ‘Ugly’ (And I wish you would do some more in that series). This is another great addition to Nava’s story. Thank you for your continued imagination and work on giving us these stories.

  4. Well, when you can, that story always felt unfinished to me. In the meantime, I will enjoy your other stories as they come out and my many, many rereads of the my favorites, like Fox Hunt and Ultrahumans.

  5. Reading it again for I think the fifth time . It’s really excellent! Um, I thought the Sakura was a Himura yacht?

  6. Glad to see the latest Nava book out. It’s been well worth reading and I’ve almost finished it.

  7. I wanted to write, especially expressing unhappiness at the lack of romance etc in Death’s Handmaiden, “The Business of War”, to say how much I enjoyed “Gods and Monsters”. I am very pleased to see Nava and Suki happily married. I hope we will see more of them – there certainly seem to be potential plot-lines for more books. It would be nice to see more of Michiko too and see how she grows-up.

It was good to have the mix of action, romance that drew me into your books after I read “Steel Beneath the Skin”.

On a different topic, I have just started to re-read the Fox Meridian books and though I would ask if there is any prospect of the “threatened” eleventh (and final?) Fox Meridian book.

    • There’s still hope, but probably not soon.

      • Glad to hear there is hope of another Fox Meridian but sorry to hear it is a while away. I hesitate to mention this but I do have some ideas on things to include in a Fox Meridian book, if you are interested? My thoughts are likely a load of dingoes kidneys but might help inspire some better ideas.
