Book 8 in the Fox Meridian series is now out.
With new year, Fox Meridian is settling into her new position as the security and terrorism specialist of Palladium Security Solutions, and she’s finally getting over the death of her boyfriend. Then the violent murder of a vote broker throws Fox into a mire of sex and politics, and her friend Naomi Lind is in the hot seat.

Don’t worry about it. I actually have a complete revision of all the Thaumatology books to put out – when I get the time to do so.

It’s finally up on Amazon UK.
Its visible on Amazon US but I get a copyright restriction for my country message. Hopefully Amazon pulls their thumb out by the time I wake up tomorrow since I just finished the book I was reading.
When I try to buy the book, I get this message

I’m doing NaNoWriMo and writing something somewhat different. Supernatural romance. This may or may not make it out for sale (last time I tried this, I decided it wasn’t working). If that works, that’ll be next and Guardian will (probably) follow. Otherwise, Guardian will be next.
Sorry that folks had problems trying to buy. I had no issues early this afternoon EST in the US. Blew off everything to read the book. Just finished it and as usual it was outstanding. Job well done Mr. Teasdale.
Just finished the book and what a ride.
I didn’t see any mention of book 9 on the WIP post, so I have to ask, as I think Fox is my favourite series of yours. Do you have any plans for more, or is this considered to be a finale?
There’s no mention of book 9 because I’m not sure what I’m going to do next. I have ideas for Fox stories that’ll probably see me old and grey (or older and greyer), so there will be a book 9, I’m just not sure when and what.
Amazom.com currently is doing some odd stuff with their Kindle categories and so on. I’m quite miffed at them. Hope it doesn’t affect your sales too badly.

I just reread the book and was astonished how exactly the mindset you described for your villains matches that of the Jan-6-rioters in Washington. They also had a professional film crew to document their crimes.
Huh. Maybe I should reread it myself and work out whether I was being really clever. It’s a few years ago, so it’s difficult to remember what I was thinking at the time.
However, Jan 6th was kind of predictable long before it happened. I was shocked when it did (or depressed, not sure which), but something like that was going to happen at some point. I think it’s amazing more people weren’t shot.
