Then the back cover blurb reads: The contents of this novel have no passing resemblance to the title.
There’s only one problem: I have no idea what the contents should be!

Throughout the book, whatever it’s actually about, you could have the main character *reading* the book with that Title, and commenting on it sarcastically. Thus justifying you using it as *your* title.

I’m about 70% through and damn it’s very very similar to Death’s Handmaiden. Honestly makes me a little angry how similar it is. Unless there is some source material that inspired DH I’d say it’s basically an inferior copy. I’ll need to reread DH afterwards to cleanse my mental pallet.
DH was inspired by ‘The Irregular at Magic High School.’ Well, that and a few other things like ‘A Certain Scientific Railgun.’ So, it could be that we both saw the same shows and came up with similar ideas from the same inspiration. It’s possible. I’m going to read one (when I start reading books again) and see what I think.

This is obviously the title of a Light-novel about an average guy who is visited by the characters from his favorite games. Games where he was the hero and all of those statement are true. Now all of his visitors are besieging him with request to help them with their personal quest.
But once they show up, they all realize he’s just an average guy, can’t really help any of them and are now stuck in the real world with no way back. Without a place to stay all of them have to ‘harem-style’ move in with him into his apartment.

While our MC is indeed just some average guy, his father actually is ‘The Demon King’ from one of his games who later one came to our world. Does our MC have special powers after all…. Who knows!

Wow, I wasn’t aware that a book like that already existed. Let alone had been made into an anime. Here I thought I just made-up some overly inplausable story. Guess there really are way to many Light-novels to keep track of.

That would mean understanding the American election system. I don’t believe anyone understands the American election system.
The other 18 sons could also be reincarnated also. Make them all from the same class that got summoned to be heroes and died. Then pitch them against another freshly summoned class. The gods and readers need entertainment.
The book could be about an average person who is mistaken for all those things. Maybe he has companions who actually do the work and he just gets credit for it.
Could be an amusing story with a lot of misunderstandings.
